Attorney Peter Barrett has been trying cases since 1996. His practice handles civil litigation matters, including motor vehicle and premises liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, construction litigation and toxic torts. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and insurers throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Peter has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyer Magazine multiple years. His legal work has been featured in articles in both the CT. Law Tribune and MA Lawyers weekly.

In addition to his litigation work, Peter serves as both an arbitrator and a mediator on civil matters.
