Attorney Tom Cella, has been trying cases in the courts of CT since 1984. He maintains a diverse caseload that includes representation of individuals, corporations and municipalities. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has been recognized by Connecticut Super Lawyers. He is also listed in Best Lawyers in America in the fields of Personal injury, Product Liability and Medical Malpractice.

Tom has been with Howard, Kohn, Sprague & Fitzgerald for over 35 years and has been a partner in the firm since 1991. His primary area of practice is personal injury, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

In addition to his litigation work, Tom serves as a Special Master to the US District Court, District of Connecticut and as an Arbitrator and Factfinder to the Connecticut Superior court. Tom has also been very active as a private mediator and arbitrator for over 15 years.
